Commercial PHotography Pricing

Branding and product photography isn’t one-size-fits-all. Every brand, product, and project has different goals, usage needs, timelines, and deliverables. Because of that, most commercial projects are quoted custom after a quick conversation about what you’re creating and how the images will be used.

Not sure what you need yet?

Totally okay. Most clients don’t come in knowing exactly what they need—and that’s part of the process. If you’re figuring things out, refining an idea, or just want to talk through options, I’m happy to help before we ever talk numbers.

FAQs

What’s the difference between headshots and branding photography?

Headshots are clean, professional images meant for things like LinkedIn, bios, and team pages—simple, polished, and to the point.

Branding photography goes further. It creates a library of images that show personality, process, and what it feels like to work with you. Branding sessions may include multiple outfits, locations, your business’s tools/products, and details designed for websites, social media, and marketing.

Think: headshots = introduction, branding = the full story.

Where do commercial photo sessions take place?

Branding and headshot sessions can happen in my studio, at your workspace, or on location around Tampa Bay. Product photography can be shot in-studio, and items can often be shipped to me if needed.

We’ll brainstorm, plan, and choose what fits the project not what’s trendy.

Do you help with planning and creative direction?

Absolutely. I’ll help with creative direction and concepts, shot lists, posing and guidance, set design and props, and making sure the images actually work for how you’ll use them. A professional wardrobe stylist and makeup/hair/grooming artist is available as an add-on and is highly recommended (honestly should be required).

You don’t need to show up with a full plan, but keep in mind I am not a brand expert. Hiring a branding expert is also strongly recommended before planning a branding session.

How do I get started?

Easy. Send me an email and tell me a bit about your business, brand, or product(s). From there, I’ll walk you through next steps, pricing, and planning.

How many images will I receive?

It depends on the project. Branding and headshot sessions include a set number of images, and product photography deliverables are outlined clearly in your quote so there are no surprises later.

What about usage rights and licensing?

Commercial sessions include usage rights for agreed-upon purposes like websites, social media, and marketing. If you need extended, exclusive, or paid advertising usage, we’ll talk through that upfront and add it as needed so you have clear expectations.

How long does it take to get my photos?

Turnaround time varies by project type, but I’ll always give you a clear timeline before we begin. Generally, headshots take 2-4 weeks, branding takes 6-8 weeks, and product photography varies and depends on scope of project and quantity of products.

Do you work with small businesses or solo entrepreneurs?

Absolutely. You don’t need a huge team or a perfectly polished brand to book branding photography in Tampa Bay. I work with solo creatives, small businesses, and growing brands all the time.

What if I’m not sure what I need yet?

That’s completely normal. Most clients don’t come in with everything figured out. Reach out with what you do know (or just say hi), and we’ll sort out the rest together.
